Салат с рукколой, креветками и помидорами

 



ДОХОДНОСТЬ1 порция
 Руккола - 50 г
 Помидор - 1 шт.
 Креветки - 5–6 шт.
 Масло оливковое - 2 ст. л.+для обжарки
 Чеснок - 1–2 зубчика
 Горчица - 1/2 ст. л.
 Пармезан - по вкусу

Рукколу промойте и уложите в миску.
Помидор разрежьте на ломтики.
Обжарьте креветки в оливковом масле минут 5, по желанию добавьте при жарке толченный чеснок (1 зубчик).
После обжаривания добавьте креветки в миску к салату.
Из нескольких измельченных листиков рукколы, измельченного зубчика чеснока, горчицы и 2 ст. л. оливкового масла приготовьте соус, которым заправьте салат.
